Sting ‘My Songs’

With drummer Stewart Copeland and guitarist Andy Summer, Sting laid out the sound of The Police – the iconic British rock band was known for well over a dozen hits like ‘Message in a Bottle’, ‘Roxanne’, ‘Every Breath You Take’, ‘So Lonely’ and ‘Can’t Stand Losing You’. The three released five studio albums, won six Grammy Awards, and were inducted into The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2003. But Sting, of course, also released several instant classic pop songs as a solo artist, including ‘Englishman in New York’, ‘Fragile’, ‘If You Love Somebody Set Them Free’ and ‘Russians’. So, when we say this is bound to be the most memorable concert evening of the summer, we’re not really exaggerating, are we?
Sting’s concert has been moved to Gent Jazz 2022.

Because of the ongoing corona crisis, Sting’s concert at Gent Jazz has been moved to 13 July 2022. If you had a ticket for the festival day with Sting before this summer (14 July), you don’t have to do anything. Your ticket remains valid for 13 July 2022.

This also means that no new tickets will be issued, as the festival day in 2021 was completely sold out. Those who wished to do so had until 2 July 2021 to exchange their ticket for a voucher for another day of Gent Jazz. Ticket buyers were also informed personally by email. Didn’t receive anything? Check your spam folder.

We thank you for your understanding and are looking forward to welcome you at Gent Jazz in 2022!
